Who's responsible for your data

What we collect
When you submit a booking request, we collect your name, email address, and phone number, along with the route or tour, vehicle class, and passenger details you enter. We don't collect payment details online — you pay your driver directly. Basic site visits are measured through cookieless, aggregated analytics that don't identify you personally.
Why we use it
Your contact and trip details are used only to process your booking request, get in touch to confirm it, and coordinate your pickup. This is necessary to fulfill the booking you're requesting — we don't use it for marketing, and we don't sell it.
Who else sees it
Your booking request is sent by email through Resend, our email delivery provider, and this site is hosted on Vercel. Both act as data processors on our behalf, under their own security and data-protection commitments — neither uses your data for their own purposes.
Cookies
This site sets one cookie — to remember your language choice (English/Romanian) — which is strictly necessary for the site to work and doesn't require consent. Site analytics are cookieless by design.
How long we keep it
We keep booking-request details only as long as needed to handle your trip and any related follow-up, and no longer than legally required for our own accounting records where applicable.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, restrict or object to its use, or request a copy of it. Contact contact@bucharestairportransfers.com to exercise any of these, or file a complaint with Romania's data protection authority (ANSPDCP) if you believe your rights haven't been respected.
